The owner or authorized property manager must identify the contents and authorize their removal. We follow those instructions for sorting, carrying, loading and transport, then sweep the cleared areas. We do not handle eviction proceedings.

Volume, weight, materials, access and labour affect the quote. Include stairs, elevator access, parking and the distance to the truck.

Can you clear a whole unit?
Yes, or several rooms and the storage areas included in the scope. Send photos to establish the volume and contents to remove.
Who authorizes removal?
The owner or authorized property manager must identify the contents and confirm their authority to have them removed before work begins. We do not decide what happens to belongings left behind or handle eviction proceedings.
How are keys and access handled?
Arrange a key handover or an on-site contact with us. Provide access codes, the floor, elevator and parking details. The responsible contact must remain reachable.
What condition is the unit left in?
We remove authorized contents and sweep the cleared areas. Deep cleaning, disinfection, repairs and restoration are not included in the cleanout.
