How are items to keep identified?
Put them in a room excluded from the cleanout or clearly mark them with labels and photos. Confirm instructions before our arrival. If an item is unclear, we ask before removing it.
Who provides instructions?
The executor, known as the liquidator in Quebec, or an authorized representative identifies what to remove and confirms the scope. Choose one main contact to avoid conflicting instructions.
Can you coordinate with an executor?
Yes. We can arrange the scope, access, timing and price approval with the executor or authorized representative.
Can work be arranged remotely?
Yes, provided instructions, key arrangements and a reachable contact are agreed in advance. The price must be approved before loading.
